FY 2025 STATE REVITALIZATION PROGRAMS (SRP) APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development’s State Revitalization Programs (SRP) applications are now available using the FY2025 State Revitalization Programs template in the DHCD Project Portal system. Applications will be accepted from Monday, May 6, 2024 until Wednesday, June 26, 2024 , for the following seven funding programs: Community Legacy (CL); Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative (BRNI); Maryland Facade Improvement Program (MFIP); National Capital Strategic Economic Development Program (NCSEDF, or "NED"); SEED Community Development Anchor Institution Program (SEED) Strategic Demolition Fund - Project C.O.R.E (SDF-CORE); and Strategic Demolition Fund (SDF) Statewide The SRP programs are available to local governments and nonprofit development corporations , hospital institutions or institutions of higher education , proposing capital revitalization projects within the State of Maryland. Other eligibility restrictions and requirements are determined by each funding program. APPLICATION DEADLINECHANGEREMINDER - The FY 2025 Homelessness Solutions Program (HSP) application deadline was extended and are due no later than 11:59 PM (midnight) on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 . The HSP application is available to pre-approved regional Continuums of Care (CoCs) and Local Homeless Coalitions (LHCs) that coordinate funding and resources for service providers across the state. Eligible applicants can contact the HSP program for application forms and guidance. Eligible proposed programs and projects must display measurable outcomes that help families and individuals move toward self-sufficiency.
